If it has lots of buttons, too many functions too remember and comes in a palm sized package – I’m there. Given the opportunity I’d have a different mobile phone every day and there are some weeks where that has seemed all too plausible. Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola – I’ve had them all, well not all – I have never had an iPhone. The day they bring out an iPhone that can record video footage is the day I may just need to get one – until then I’ll be happy with my Nokia 5800, happy until the next object of my telephonic desire anyway.
Phone Update: As of June 21st I am the proud owner of an iPhone 3GS, and love more than any phone previous to it – it is the king and ruler of all other phones.
Formula 1, for me, is the finest sport on earth. I’m McLaren all the way, though my fandom goes further than just the predictable Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen and reaches out to Robert Kubica (I have Polish heritage and he’s a remarkable talent) and Fernando Alonso (the best pure driver in F1?).
Comic books – you can’t call yourself a geek and not read comic books. Though I always had a passing interest it’s only in the last 2-3 years where I’ve really become an addict. Marvel over DC of the big two but my all time favourites are Fables, Preacher, Y:The Last Man, DMZ, Civil War, Batman: Year One, The Ultimates and 52.
Podcasts and Twitter (Twitter.com/TheFable ) are where far too much of my time is consumed but learning and communication are essential in this life.
Generosity is in my nature so anything you want me to review, be it virtual or physical – email me at this address and you’ll get an honest and interesting review that will be enjoyable and easy to understand, thus giving your product or service the greatest possible exposure to all demographics.
On this, the 24th day at March, at the ungodly hour of 1.56am I bid you farewell, and thanks for dropping by.
